Okay, if you remember what was going on before with my 'friend' (just before the rollback), well.... everything has got worse!

Whats been going on is my enemy (my old 'friend') was talking mess about me behind my back, thinking I wasn't aware of it! Then it esculated to him getting his friends in the younger years to do his dirty work for him and piss me off! Not only that, he's been spreading rumours about me bullying the younger kids!

This pisses me off as school was bad enough before he started pissing me off, and I've had enough of him stabbing me in the back all the time! We have had a few confrontations in the last few weeks, but I don't know what will happen next time!

Sorry about the language used, but I'm just pissed off and wanna get it all off my chest!

I would talk to a teacher, or better yet a guidance counselor.  Spreading rumors that you are bullying younger kids when you really aren't is unacceptable.  Really, this is schoolyard bullying and if any of the staff are trustworthy they'll be able to help you out.

Yeah, it was the fact that he gave my mobile number to a total douche. The 'dirty work' is him getting the younger kids to wind me up so he doesn't have to!

I can't think of how to fix the phone issue, the damage has already been done for that one.  Unless getting a new number and keeping that secret is an option, anyway.

If you think about it, that's kind of a silly thing for him to do, isn't it?  Something to keep in mind.

He doesn't have the number anymore luckily, but that doesn't make me any less mad about it!

Honestly, the main reason this guy is doing this is because he knows it's bugging you. I know its hard, but just ignore it. He clearly has nothing better to do and needs to get a life, but if you let it get on your nerves and all that, he clearly knows and will continue. If you just ignore him for the childish brat he is he may just get tired of it because he's not getting the reaction he wants.

Blaque's got it spot on.  The more riled up you get, the more they're going to keep bugging you about it.  It's not an easy thing to ignore them, trust me, I've been there, but sometimes it helps just to think of how silly they're being.  It helped me, anyway.  You know, like "they're recruiting kids younger than they are to try to get on my nerves, it's like they need help because they can't do it themselves, silly people.  Why do I need to be upset about it?"

But yeah.  Don't respond, because that is just giving them encouragement.  They'll still try to bug you, possibly do worse things, but if you don't respond to ANY of it, eventually they'll say "no matter what I do I can't get on his nerves, there's no point" and move on to something else.  It's hard, but it's the only solution.

Though I do still stand by talking to a guidance counselor about it.  You never know what kind of insight they'll give you on the situation.  Plus if they feel as though the situation is unsafe, I think, they are required to do something about it.  So if heaven forbid it gets to the point of physical violence, they have to do something about it.

Ditto and ditto to the two previous points. And don't think of talking to a counselor as being the cowardly route... because IT'S NOT. It's a safe route that will ensure your reputation in case these false rumors ever reach the ears of teachers. Go to a counselor, tell them "Yo, these kids are making up rumors about me bullying them and making my life miserable... so I just want you to know that incase any rumors get to this office. That's all, thank you." Of course the counselor will want to talk to you more, but show the people in charge that you have your head screwed on straight.

This reminds me of the time I befriended a loner on the bus in middle school. I barely knew the guy, but then he started doing stalkerish things and spread the rumors that I was sleeping with him. And of course, the jocks and cheerleaders went to town with that ammo... and I was freaking new to the school. I did not need that crap going on. I SHOULD have gone to a counselor... but instead, I attacked a teasing jock with my algebra book and then let the rumor-starting jerk have a piece of my mind... at which the bus driver slammed on his brakes and yelled at me... deservingly. I just wish I had gone to an adult about it. I have never lost my temper like that before nor after that day...definitely not one of my finest moments.  

Not exactly a guidence counseller, but there is someone who comes in to see me at school every Wednesday. She had been working with me just before Christmas to give me and my 'friend' (just before all this happened) techniques for studying. She was at my Annual Review (something I have every year to moniter my progress), and after she heared my mum say that I've had enough of school, she decided to come in to see me weekly, so I told her this, and she says she's going to deal with it.

That's great to hear.    Sounds like it's all going to work out ok!

I'm glad that you found someone to help you ^_^ It's okay to deal with things on your own but I feel that it's always better to have somebody there to help you.
I'll be hoping that things clear up for you
